We support all common 2D and 3D CAD formats, for example DXF, GEO, STEP, IGS, as well as a variety of native formats (e.g. SolidWorks, Inventor, Autodesk). You do not have a ready-to-use CAD model? No problem, just upload technical drawings or sketches as PDF or in a common image format - we will create the 2D and 3D production models for you.

In addition to single sheet metal parts, you can also upload entire assembly models to ScaleNC. We dissolve the assemblies, identify sheet metal parts, unfold and prepare them for NC programming.

Use our intuitive online platform for quick and easy data transfer. No installation required. Place your orders for CAD preparation and NC programming with just a few clicks. Integrations with ERP or MES solutions are scheduled for the future, allowing you to order our services directly from your own system.

We currently support all major TRUMPF machines for sheet metal processing. Check here if your machines are also included. Other manufacturers and machine types will be supported soon.

The better we know your production, the better our CAD/CAM experts can tailor the results to your individual needs. This is why you can easily configure your machines on our online platform. In a short individual onboarding session, we copy your machine configuration, tools and special manufacturing requirements. After that, you only need to select the target machines per job, and our experts know the details.

ScaleNC is a young company of the TRUMPF Group. We have access to TRUMPF's worldwide manufacturing expertise anytime, but act independently on the market and also offer our services to customers with machines made by other vendors.
